Mel helped us buy off-market. Even though the process was competitive and Mel was highly professional, we felt really supported by her and were very grateful for her care and expertise in guiding us through a successful purchase. Mel is a great communicator throughout, highly responsive and she till remains engaged well after settlement to ensure a smooth transition. Mel (and Phil!) is an outstanding sales agent. Highly personable, a great communicator and a true strategist, not just a marketer. She builds great rapport with both the sellers and buyers (we know because we've been on both sides with Mel!) and together with Phil they go above and beyond to ensure a smooth process and the best possible result. They truly understand the Currimundi area and property market and we couldn't recommend them any higher!

Selling our property through Mel was a great experience. The process was professional and easy, she provided great advice prior to listing, kept us informed every step of the way and obtained us a great result in a quick time frame.
